Team Leader - Cannock

I am currently working with a large national provider that is seeking experienced team Leaders to join their team in an CQC rated OUTSTANDING service. You will be supporting individuals with Mental Health diagnosis, Autism, Learning Disabilities and behaviour that challenge.


This can be an extremely challenging service, however it is equally rewarding as we are providing individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to have fulfilled lives, achieve goals and gain further independence.

Your key duties will consist of the following but not be limited too;

o Delivering a person centre approach and to ensure the high standards that are already set continue
o Support the Service Manager to ensure that staff are trained to meet the needs of the people we support and their training complies with CQC.
o To participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
o To maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families and other whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.
o To support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.

To be successful within this role you should have the following;
o Have 12 months experience in a care setting
o NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
o Excellent communication skills and the passion to work with adults with learning disabilities
