The provision of high quality legal advice, policy and direction to the Worldpay from FISInternational business with a significant focus on complex projects and complex commercialcontracts work including e-Wallet agreements, PayFacs, and complex verticals. Critical to this willbe the ability to work seamlessly across time zones with Worldpay's global commercial, legal andcompliance teams, with the majority of time dedicated to merchant facing negotiations.
