You will provide solid operational foundation that will lead to accelerating time to first sale, and, overall attainment of sales goals for new joiners.  Be a passionate advocate for the new joiner experience, accountable for developing and driving practices that will improve their performance, enabling them to contribute to our winning sales team.  You will be responsible for the ongoing mentoring, development, and performance of the sales team which includes coaching and enablement, flawlessly executing sales process, and leading the team to surpass their assigned TCV quotas.You will report to the VP of Sales Operations.What you will be doingThis is a pivotable role for Capital Markets Sales, you lead and directly impact the acceleration of sales executive productivity resulting in growth for both the company and the individuals. You will be masterful with internal engagements and have experience in implementing impactful processes.  Placing the customer & employee in the center of everything you do. You will coach new hires while inspiring them to do the best work of their life by leading them to exceed the team’s financial plan.FIS Sales Managers are leaders – they epitomize our 3 core values (WIN AS ONE TEAM, LEAD WITH INTEGRITY, BE THE CHANGE). They work very closely with a wide variety of stakeholders ranging from product specialists, marketing leadership, and executives to achieve the following:Provide FIS knowledge around key processes/stakeholders that will be needed when managing a sale; such as:               Contract process, Professional Services Scoping, PreSales engagement, etc.Provide the fundamental knowledge of prospecting at FIS: tools, system knowledge (dynamics), and, identifying potential new prospecting approaches leveraging innovative technologies.Identify and develop opportunities to evolve processes, stakeholder engagement and accelerate speed to productivity.Ramp up new joiner on territory acclimation.Provide coaching and networking support to new joiner to ensure they are well supported for optimal performance.Partner with new joiner direct manager to provide feedback and ‘team coaching’ as needed.Monitors staff performance, works with employees to implement goals.Ensure tight alignment with direct manager on onboarding plans.Become a trusted advisor within the Sales organization.What you bringAs a Sales Productivity Manager for FIS, you will have at least 5 years field sales experience providing you with clear understanding of the sales process and best practices for operational sales excellence.
