Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities:
*Secure interview panels and schedule interviews
*Owner of Oleoo (ATS) processes
*Processing offers, rejections, merit lists
*Issue technical tests to candidates via an online platform
*Prepare sift packs
*Prepare interview packs
*Ensure candidates have provided relevant documents at offer stage and for onboarding
*Prep candidates for interviews
*Guide candidates through the end to end recruitment process
*Support onboarding process
*Answer candidate queries
*Deliver a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience
*Support wider recruitment team with ad hoc duties as and when required

Essential Skills
*Previous experience using an ATS
*Ideally a good knowledge of the Digital skills market - Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Java Developers, QAs, Architects
*Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator
*Strong organisation/admin skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
*Confident Communicator
*Ability to work at pace and with urgency within in an Agile environment
*Ideally experience of Public Sector recruitment processes (although not essential)
*Ideally an understanding of Civil Service Recruitment Principles (although not essential)
