Recruitment Coordinator (6 month contract)

This role will provide expert recruitment support and guidance to the business stakeholders and business areas to ensure that the most cost effective and sourcing strategy is utilised at all times.Client DetailsA successful and credible brand who has been established for nearly 20 years. A team that is recognised as being among the best in the industry.DescriptionResponsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:Drive and promote the engagement of training workshopsPromoting training across the regions through a variety of tools such as e-shots, written communication, telephone callsCoordinate all training workshops from start to finishPromote and deliver other training initiatives including apprenticeships and on-line learningTelephone screen and hold face to face interviews for potential candidatesFilter and direct enquiries to managers as appropriateProcess application forms and credit checksEnsure all administration is dealt with according to company proceduresPlan and liaise with external third party advertising companiesUpdate company websitePlan and deliver mailshots through digital platforms Maintain up to date records for the Recruitment & Training Manager on all aspects of the recruitment process and vacancy statusProfileRequirements:Must have previous experience in a Recruitment, Talent or HR positionExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong IT skills (Including all Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel)Good attention to detail is essentialAbility to work in a fast paced environmentJob OfferBenefits:25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysFree parkingStudy supportCompany pension scheme
