Recruitment Business Partner

Your new company Listed on the stock exchange, this company are a globally established Investment Management firm, focusing on delivering performance and client portfolio solutions. Your new role You'll manage the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for allocated business units, covering the Infrastructure world - Finance, Ops, Compliance, HR etc. You'll manage the full 360 process from sourcing to the offer process. You'll additionally advise the business on salary levels based on benchmarking data, track budgets and ensure internal finance systems are updated. What you'll need to succeed You'll need to be a seasoned recruiter who can work independently and is keen to own their world and build great relationships with various stakeholders and provide a great candidate experience. You'll be an experience corporate recruitment professional, ideally with some agency recruitment experience.
