Recruitment Associate

Oakleaf are partnered with an Investment Management client that are a leader in their field, in their search for a Recruitment Associate to join the company initially on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. This is a values focussed and mission oriented global company driven by a strong ethos, this a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to take ownership of the recruitment process and partner with the business.Key Responsibilities: Manage the end to end recruitment process for corporate functions, including: audit, legal, finance, compliance as well as some front office recruitment in the EMEA regionDrive diversity in all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing through to interview and offer stageSupport with ad- hoc recruitment projectsPartner with hiring managers guiding them through the whole recruitment process from the approval, the role briefing and agreeing a resourcing strategy, through to candidate assessment and selection, offer management and onboardingFocus on direct sourcing using multiple channels including advertising, talent pooling, social media, recruitment agencies, networking and referralsCandidate management to ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finishCollaborating with co-ordinators to ensure that all offer paperwork, background checks and new joiner information is sent out and completedKey Skills:Consultative approach and ability to build relationships with stakeholders in a high touch environmentAgency, RPO or in house recruitment experience is essentialExperience in financial or professional services is importantThe ability to work in a fast pace environment with ambiguity to drive forward processes to deliver on business needs Hybrid working available
