If so, this role could be the one for you!We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the General Counsel, VP of Business & Legal Affairs for the UK Cluster (UK & Canada), alongside the VP of Business & Legal Affairs, Core Commercial. This role is a key ambassadorial position within the Business & Legal Affairs team in the UK ensuring the seamless integration of the team and the team’s output with other strategic services and operational teams. We are looking for a motivated and experienced PA who is committed to building lasting relationships.What will you be doing?Organise all local and international meetings arranged by / on behalf of the General Counsel/Business Affairs team providing follow-up where necessary Understanding the General Counsel’s and the team’s priorities as they change from week to week and to help them to deliver on themTo be an ambassador for the General Counsel and the VP dealing with all matters proactively and efficiently, seeking input as neededPro-actively managing in-box, diary, and contacts (across all platforms), preparing presentations, and working closely with the Team Assistant in Business & Legal Affairs, as well as other PAs and EAs across the businessLiaising with other senior leaders’ offices, both in the UK, Internationally, as well as external partners; to process requests, transfer information, enabling national and international co-operation in a timely and efficient manner Prepare relevant information for meetings and respond to any information requests Organise meetings (participant availability, meeting room booking, relevant equipment and refreshments; meet and manage visitors to ensure the best impression and a professional image is maintained)Manage travel and attendance at external meetings and functionsOrganise all business travel locally and internationally; liaise with travel companies, arrange flights, currency, hotels and provide complete itinerariesWhat are we looking for?Proven PA experience to an Executive Leader within a Global organisationPro-active, self-starting mentality with established broad skillset to organise beyond purely just diary managementExceptional organisational skills (for yourself and the people you support) and the ability to multi-task, whilst demonstrating flexibility when requiredDemonstrable communication skills both verbal and written; with an ability to assimilate information and disseminate appropriately to relevant audiencesExpert level IT skills across all MS Office applications, with the ability to rapidly understand other corporate systems. Ideally skills in PowerPoint, with an ability to create professional standard slides and high levels of attention to detailYou have worked collaboratively with or have lead employee engagement initiatives across a department or organization (offsite planning, conference planning, company-wide events)You are a creative problem solver with impeccable organizational skills, time management skills, and an ability to adapt to change#LI-VJ1Everything else!
