Pension Administration – Coordinator – Chichester Mercer is looking for talented and ambitious analysts who are keen to expand the newly developed Commercials.  This is an opportunity to join a great multi-disciplinary team supporting client teams, Client Relationship Managers and Wealth Consultants in the delivery of invoices to clients using the Webcas system tool.  We are looking for an individual with excellent excel skills alongside strong communication skills, adaptability, organisational skills and be conscious of financial results to the business.You will be working as part of a team to expand the support we can offer to build the Commercial Team portfolio.What can you expect?Involvement in billing clients uses the Webcas, JIRA and microstrategies systems. Issue invoices in a timely manner, meeting system deadlines which in turn generate the financial results for the business. Full training will be given on the system and the various scenarios used to raise invoices. Manage Time codes using Webcas as well as renewing existing codes. What is in it for you?Good work life balance with a competitive salaryComprehensive benefits programs including: excellent pension contributions, private health insurance, pension, employee assistance program, career mobility, employee network groups, volunteer opportunities, and other programs25 days’ holiday with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days per yearWe will count on you to:Commercial team look at all aspects of financials to the business. Help produce invoices using various scenariosTo be proactive in your approach, be able to communicate with various levels of colleagues, including Partners Research backgrounds to be able to confirm or disagree with fundings from other lines of business which again may impact our line of business financial results. Maintain various spreadsheets so the ability to use excel an advantage.What you need to have:Experience of managing data in Excel and experience of completing analysis work accurately.The ability to communicate billing instructions to Wealth Consultants, WealthUKInvoicing team based in Gurgaon, findings with CRMs and ensure the peer review process is followed.The ability to prepare Client invoices using the Webcas system involving the billing for fixed fees, projects, turnover.A willingness to learn new skills and be adaptable in a changing environment.The ability to work with limited supervision.The ability to work to deadlines,Communication skills.What makes you stand out:Willing to learn a new skill, systems and how to invoice clients for work.Proactive – thinking outside the box when completing workLook for new opportunities to enhance revenue.Be a team playerMercer provides insights, advice and technology-driven solutions to help build brighter futures for our clients, colleagues and communities.
