That means opportunities for our people every day - and aneed for talented and motivated people to join us, develop themselves and their legal careers, tohelp fuel our growth tomorrow.Your key responsibilities: Support our Structuring lawyers in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients Engage with technology and international teams to ensure efficient delivery Carry out day to day administrative tasks, including in respect of our client engagement processes and billing Conduct legal research and gather, collate and review data and documentation Produce initial drafts of legal documentation Assist with project management, including liaising across multiple jurisdictions Support the team in the development of the practice including drafting, amending and updating legal precedents, know-how and internal / external marketing materials Skills and Attributes for Success: Team player; able to integrate with new teams quickly and build relationships at all levels Able to prioritise appropriately and deliver quality work to strict deadlines Able to solve problems creatively and pragmatically Attention to detail Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral Strong IT skills and an ability to learn, understand and adapt to new systems and applications To qualify for the role in EY Law Structuring you must have/be: Educated to degree level Previous experience within the legal sector.
