A critical part of delivering on our ambition is to attract the very best the world has to offer and we are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, wants to be challenged and is keen to use their analytical skills to maximise the impact of our campaigns.About the opportunity:Working closely with your colleagues in the global talent attraction team, you will build and deliver a compelling paid media strategy to support bp’s recruitment campaigns and uncover opportunities for measurement and optimisation to push bp’s recruitment marketing to the next level.You will provide key insight, reporting and learnings to evaluate campaign performance and inform the direction of bp’s attraction strategy. Job AdvertWhat you will deliver?Provide media planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, helping determine channels, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and moreDevelop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge paid strategies to drive business outcomesDay-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including setup, activation and optimisationManage all aspects of paid search, display and social advertising strategiesReport on campaign efficacy to showcase ROI and provide future recommendations based on learningsSupport in developing central reporting and dashboards for paid and organic marketingWork collaboratively with all members of the global attraction team to foster creativity, best practice and consistency to successfully deliver the global attraction strategy for both professional hires and early careersWhat will you need to be successful?Experience across a range of paid media – Search, Paid Social, DisplayConfident with providing performance analysis and actionable insight to colleaguesUnderstand core digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media and other digital marketing channelsAbility to manage multiple campaigns at onceA desire to have an impact and feel passionate about the work that you doA creative yet analytical individual who is self-motivated, commercial and strives for excellenceOne team mind-set - demonstrates an understanding of the value and ability to develop, high quality, trust-based working relationshipsAchieve results in a team led, metrics and deadline driven environment, with the ability to apply business acumen and clearly link value to business results e.g. improved decision making, DE&IHow we will help youWe will provide you the support and flexibility to do your best work and have fun doing it.
