Multi Trader

The Role\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy Team working across social housing properties.\n\nThis role involves carrying out a variety of trades to ensure properties are brought back up to a lettable standard within set timeframes. You will be working within an established maintenance contractor delivering high-quality works across an extensive housing portfolio.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader who is confident working independently and completing full property refurbishments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carrying out multi-trade works\n\n * Completing full void refurbishments to lettable standards\n\n * Carpentry (doors, locks, kitchens, skirting, architraves)\n\n * Basic plumbing (taps, toilets, sinks, pipework)\n\n * Patch plastering and making good\n\n * Painting & decorating where required\n\n * Ensuring all works are completed within target turnaround times\n\n * Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and cleanliness\n\n * Accurately updating job progress via PDA or job sheets\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing / voids / property maintenance\n\n * Strong core trade (Carpentry or Plumbing preferred)\n\n * Ability to complete multiple trades to a good standard\n\n * Experience working on void properties (desirable but not essential)\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Own tools required\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Long-term temp-to-perm opportunity\n\n * Consistent work within a well-established contract\n\n * Opportunity to work across a large social housing portfolio\n\n * Van and fuel card provided upon permanent offer (where applicable)\n\nITS Property Maintenance are acting as an employment agency for this vacancy\n\nITS Property Maintenance specialise in working within the social housing sector where we work with: ✅ Housing Association ✅ Local Authority ✅ Direct Labour Organisation ✅ Maintenance Contractors ✅ Estates Department ✅ FM Contractors.
