WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will help the Global Learning Experience Design & Operations Team do an excellent job managing projects to craft and deliver learning experiences. The team builds learning for all BCG staff, from new joiners to managers, both consulting staff and the functions that support them. We offer various learning formats, including face-to-face programs, virtual live sessions, and self-paced online learning. Our projects typically involve a project coordinator and a team of learning designers, content writers, and subject matter experts, and can last several months. You’ll work with senior leaders to keep track of our project portfolio, prioritize the pipeline of new projects, put together project teams, and supervise the team’s overall budget. You will work with project managers to set up the timelines and budgets for specific projects, then check in regularly on their progress. You will also collect and share the best ideas to keep improving our project management communications, processes, and tools. And you will support the broader team by onboarding new team members and acting as administrator for software tools such as Slack and Meisterplan. · Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations.· Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.· Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.· Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.· Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.· Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams.YOU'RE GOOD ATYou enjoy working with a team with varied strengths and building positive relationships that keep you plugged in to what’s happening with our projects.Your excellent communication skills make your presentations on the project portfolio, project management processes, and the team budget easy to follow. You excel at listening and asking good questions so that you can understand the group's needs and best support them.
