About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Phoenix Fleet Administrator to join the recharge team managing all charges to rental and lease vehicles. This role is responsible for looking after one of the biggest rental providers and dealing with any issues with those cars on return.
The charges can include any damage to the vehicles on return which falls outside of the agreed contract. It will also include managing any fines/penalties the vehicles have received. You will be required to manage queries/disputes from the customer and see these through to resolution as well as processing estimates and invoices.
This is an excellent opportunity working within a busy role as part of a team of four.
What do I need to do the role?
Previous experience in the motor industry would be an advantage (fleet/vehicle knowledge).
Experience in processing invoices would also be an advantage.
You will have good computer skills including excel, and are able to communicate effectively on the phone and via email.
You must also be confident working to KPI's set by the customer.
What else do I need to know?
Bristol is a vibrant city in south west England with a wide range of attractions, landmarks, events and shopping. It has excellent transport links and is only 1.5 hours from London by train.
This role will be based at Bristol Business Technology Centre. The building has a capability of over 900 full time employees which is split over 4 floors, incorporating a Gym and Restaurant on the ground floor.
