An exciting new role has opened up within a government department. The successful candidate will work as an Executive Office and will work closely with either one or two senior managers.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
" Minute taking
" Organising papers
" Data entry
" Organising meetings and workshops
" Coordination of information
" Electronic filing
The successful candidate must be experienced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
This role is a home working position and all equipment will be provided.
