Apply todayKey Responsibilities:Administration of the HR System and Training System Providing office support including customer and employee supportCreating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.Maintaining and updating email distribution listsKeeping computer databases up to dateAssisting with minor technical supportScheduling appointments and eventsHelping organise and maintain office common areas.Maintaining inventory of office supplies; paper, ink, additional stationery and cleaning supplies.Maintaining office equipment as needed.Joiners, Movers and Leavers processSupport with recruitment and pre-employment screening adminMaintaining and updating the Birthday calendar and sending giftsProvide updates to the Managing Director for weekly huddleOrganising staff eventsKeeping well-organised files and records of business activityParticipating in office meetings and taking meeting minutesGiving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvementsRequired Skills:Problem SolvingHave the ability to plan, organise, and structure work.Strong written and oral communication skills.Punctual and professional Additional Information:Salary - £ 18,000 per annumMonday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 (35 hours)Future Career ProgressionYes as experience and responsibility increase their is a potential progression route to Office Manager.Important Information“QA’s apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce.”For more information about QA Apprenticeships, please visit our website.
