This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.Summary We are looking for a Customer Service - Senior Coordinator to join the high performing team, based out of our Northampton NDC in Brackmills.You will be managing orders for hospital and homecare patients, manage any customer complaints, but also build strong relationships within the company.The role will be working from Monday to Friday between 08:00-16:00 & Monday to Thursday between 10:00-18:00 & Friday 09:00-17:00 (on Rotating shifts)Role ResponsibilitiesTo manage the processing of customer orders for hospital and home patientsTo manage customer queries and complaints ensuring a win-win solution for Baxter and the customerTo create lateral relationships with other departments to support product distributionTo enhance the reputation of customer services and positively promote the image of BaxterTo contribute to the evolution of the department by providing feedback and taking action to improveTo positively contribute to the delivery of service excellence to Baxter’s customers and patientsTo support the training of new Customer Service Coordinators into BaxterTo deputize for Customer Service Supervisor as and when requiredTo take responsibility for customer order managementTo take responsibility for back-order managementTo take ownership of own accountsTo take responsibility for the coordination of patient suppliesTo take ownership of complaint process – receipt through to resolution within agreed KPI targetQualifications and Experience Good/Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.Ability to work on own initiativeKnowledge of good customer services and distribution practicesAbility to deal with unpredictable workloadAbility to work under pressureWhat are some of the benefits of working at Baxter?Competitive total compensation packageProfessional development opportunitiesHigh importance placed on work life balanceCommitment to growing and developing an inclusive and diverse workforce#IND-UKOPS#IND-UKCOMReasonable AccommodationsBaxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
