Working as a Customer Service Advisor within the registrations team you’ll be responsible for the process of getting new businesses onto our systems and making sure the customer journey is the best it can be.
About the role
Day to day you’ll enter contract details into our system to ensure a successful registration. This allows us to produce accurate and timely invoices, collect outstanding monies effectively and identify opportunities for additional account renewals and sales.
As part of the role, you’ll resolve customer and industry enquiries, escalating as appropriate, to enhance the customer experience whilst meeting business and industry requirements. You’ll ensure that our customers experience a seamless transfer to Drax, and you’ll resolve all enquiries in a timely and professional manner all whilst delivering excellent service. Your support will ensure correct contracts and rates are loaded into ERS (our internal system) in a timely and efficient manner, and that their first bills are accurate and are paid on time.
This role is a part of our Customer Service Registration team based from our Ipswich office, so you’ll feel comfortable attending the office a couple of times per week.
If you have previous experience of working in a Customer Services environment and understand the importance of building strong business relationships, this could be the ideal role. As you’ll be building and proactively managing customers’ accounts, you’ll be well organised with excellent stakeholder management skills. And as a strong communicator you’ll feel confident delivering exceptional customer service.
