Badenoch and Clark are recruiting for a credit controller to join a well-known business in Cannock.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract - currently remote working
You will be working a team reporting to the Credit Manager.
Raising disputes via the database and liaising with internal colleagues to resolve them
Issue invoices and statements
Manager small accounts, chasing payments/collecting aged debt
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
General office duties and support other credit controllers and cash allocation clerks.
To be successful with this application you must have:
Experience in a credit control/collections role
Experience with ERP systems would be desirable
Excellent team player
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
