Conveyancing Paralegal

Would you like to work for a well-established specialist property firm in Preston, Lancashire that deals in domestic, light commercial conveyancing and general property law?

Our client is seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join them.

You must have at least 1 year`s conveyancing experience and as the team will be made up of a total of two people; be happy to work in a small team/independently.
There will be a large portfolio to work through and so it is essential that you can turn your hand to anything conveyancing related.

Duties will include, yet are not limited to:

Opening and closing files, carry out searches, registrations, speak to agents/mortgage providers/clients. Experience of PROCLAIM would be desirable; not essential.

LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire (office-based)

SALARY: £20,000 - £22,500 (negotiable depending upon experience)

HOURS OF WORKING: Monday-Friday 0900 - 1700 (1 hour for lunch)
