
Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a candidate management specialist to join our client on a 6 month initial contract.

Role: Candidate Management Specialist
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote / London occasionally when restrictions are eased
Rate: £130 per day
Status: Inside IR35
Process: MS Teams interview, 1 or 2 stages
Our client is looking for someone to join their recruitment team and assist in managing candidates through interview coordination, assessment centres and managing the pipeline of the recruitment process. You will also be interviewing candidates and using digital tools to assess and score performance.
Skills:
*Previously recruitment experience - specifically around candidate management and interviewing / assessment
*Comfortable using recruitment technology
*MS Excel / General skills with MS Office
*Comfortable working in a high volume recruitment environment
*Providing a first class candidate experience
*Comfortable scoring candidates based on interviews
