My client is seeking a team of 6 Bonus / Commission Specialists to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Initially the role will be offered as a full time 6 month contract with a view to being made permanent.
Hours of Work - Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.00pm
You will be required to work from home initially with then a view to work from the Bristol office as soon as restrictions are lifted.
Location - Aztec West

Full training will be provided over a period of 8 weeks
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Responsible for the administration of the Bonus/Commission delivery process in line with agreed SLA's and auditable standards
Responsible for the collection and collation of accurate data, proactively working with business partners to identify and resolve data weakness
Calculating accurate Bonus/Commission payments
Ensuring payment data is delivered on time
Handling and resolving commission queries, analysing the root cause of queries, and recommending solutions to reduce the number of ongoing queries.
Responsible for performing data quality checks on the Bonus/commission payments, and proactively resolving any issues.
Responsible for performing ad-hoc tasks to enable accurate payment of Bonus/ Commissions to internal or external customers.
To be successful in your application you will need to come from a proven history within HR/FINANCE/BONUS CALCULATIONS.
You will also need to be proficient in the usage of Excel
