Pensions Administration Service Manager - Edinburgh (hybrid)What can you expect:As the Administration Service Leader, you will lead 3-4 Administration Service Managers and their teams.You will work with the various central functions across Mercer to extract information for onward presenting to the key clientsYou will work with the Client Relationship Manager for the clients to build a strong and long- lasting relationship.We will count on you to:Provide coaching, direction, and guidance to direct and indirect reports to create a high performing service delivery team.Agree the performance targets for client delivery with the management team, create and implement team plans to ensure achievement of the targets. Organise, motivate and coach team members to achieve the workflow and scheme event delivery targets based on service level agreements and timetables agreed with clients through training/management using coaching, direction, good working practices and adherence to Mercer policies.Maintain a forward planning schedule to balance resources available with anticipated demands and manage the day-to-day workload to overcome disruptions to deliver work to agreed national targets.Develop and maintain a client-specific service delivery and improvement plan for all identified clients.In line with overall service co-ordination responsibilities, identify areas for process improvement across customer service delivery thus improving or streamlining the service delivery and in turn increasing overall profitability.
