Apply Today!Key Responsibilities:Bi-Weekly stock order placement in line with pipeline and stock levelsDaily/Weekly Leadtime order placementEnsure container orders are filled to maximum capacityEnsure freight rates are maintained and loggedManage all shipping documents to ensure accuracy and availability to ensure on time arrival of goods – Bill of Landing, Commercial Invoice, packing list and certificate of originTo Ensure that stock is ordered and delivered in time with the company requirements and is available for delivery to customers with the agreed timeframesTo manage UK supply chain to ensure prompt arrival of UK sourced goodsMeeting agreed KPI’sWork with and always support existing team membersEnsure all operational procedures are adhered toLiaise with other company departments to ensure all customer experiences are of the highest levelsCo-ordinate supplier activities to ensure all requirements are met on time, container loading quality, packaging quality, communication, and documentationReport to Supply Chain team Leader on all aspects of day-to-day activitiesFollow internal procedures to efficiently record and maintain database informationWork closely with and always support existing team members Required Skills:Strong Computer Literacy (word, excel, email etc)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailAble to work on own initiativeReliableTeam PlayerAbility to learn quicklyGood mathematical skillsAn awareness of customer careAbility to communicate wellA passion for problem solving and confidence in customer facing situations Additional Information:Salary - £11,000 per annumSalary will be reviewed within the first yearMonday – Friday 9:00am - 5:30pmFree to use staff gym at head office (HQ Staff Gym with their latest equipment)Free staff car parking at head office (HQ Staff Car Park)Regular staff events, socials and partiesChristmas and New Year closure to ensure everyone can enjoy a well-deserved restA joint contributory pension scheme – Origin Fitness match up to 5%Flexible working company ensuring that employees can work from home, remotely or HQ as neededStaff Gym Kit Future Career Progression:Training and support to help diversify and specialise your skillsOpportunities to develop your career and progress within the businessRegular 121s and a personal development plan Important Information“QA’s apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce.”For more information about QA Apprenticeships, please visit our website.
